Bayelsa-born music act, who is “Iyawo mi” crooner, Timi Dakolo, would always remember a particular
Christmas he was shot!
He said, “That was in 2008. The venue
was the lobby of the Hotel Presidential, Port Harcourt. I had gone there for a
church service and as I stepped out, a bullet grazed my head while another
grazed my side! I was in the hospital for two days.
"But in 1990, my grandmother bought me a brown French suit for
Christmas. I used that suit for Christmas, New Year, church harvest and for
several important outings.”
