For the pretty daughter of the Chairman, Federal Inland Revenue Service, Funke Fowler, life is more peaceful bearing her father’s name.

Her wedding to Abiodun Kuku, whose father is the Ogbeni Oja of Ijebuland, Chief Bayo Kuku, was perhaps the grandest of the year 2013.

Their traditional wedding at the Tafawa Balewa Square, had over three thousand guests in attendance. As a matter of fact, they were quartered in expensive marquees that were imported specifically for that purpose. Mr. Tunde Fowler, who was then the Chairman, Lagos State Internal Revenue Service wowed everyone with his daughter’s formal wedding in Dubai. Guests flew in business class from Lagos, and abroad to partake in the awe-inspiring wedding. They were lodged in five-star hotels. A graduate of Economics from the University of Nottingham, Ms Fowler holds an MBA from the American International University, Atlanta Georgia, USA. She has been out of the marriage for almost two years and shows no sign of going back to Abby.

She was formerly Mrs. Orode Ryan Okpu. The daughter of former Delta State governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan, had a classy wedding four years ago with her estranged beau. The couple separated in June 2016.

Orode, a mother of two, who runs a classy restaurant in Lagos, reportedly filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. According to sources, the marriage had been over since January 2015 after the couple welcomed their second baby.  Obviously, she is bent on not going back to Ryan who was alleged to have married her in order to have a share of her father’s wealth. She proved so in a recent post on Instagram, the peace-loving entrepreneur posted, “After the RISE comes Peace.. True peace comes from accepting the reality of who you are not minding what the world has to say or think. I am Orode a proud single Mother to two amazing heroes, Daughter, Friend, Lover, Sister, Boss, Hero and most of all Fearless!!! The King of Kings is my Father #Princess She Grew Up!! Pretty, voluptuous and delectable Omosede is one of the daughters of the Esama of Benin, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion and his wife, Lady Cherry.

Omosede and Prince Akenzua were so smitten with each other that they reportedly went against the wish of the Benin palace to solemnise their relationship. The union packed up after two years and they went their separate ways. That was a few years ago and the pretty daughter of Esama of Benin; Chief Igbinedion is now a politician. For Omosede, who represents Ovia Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, life is not full of regrets. The mother of one seems to have gotten over the initial setback.
