Eight years after popular Yoruba actor, Femi Adebayo’s
first marriage crashed, he is set to marry his US-based partner who a
businesswoman is named Maimunat.
Femi, who is the Special Adviser To the Kwara State
Governor on Culture and Tourism was said to have crashed his first marriage due
to alleged philandering habits especially with a renowned actress who got married to
her beau in London sometimes in August.
They
both denied the affair.
Khadijat, his first wife and mother of his three
children has remarried, now addressed as Mrs. Balogun and has a child for her
new husband.

On his part Femi said in an interview Khadijat divorced
him because she didn’t support his acting career and he would be getting
married not to a second wife but to a ‘brand new wife soon.’
Meanwhile,
Femi and Maimunat have received parental blessings to be man and wife on
October 9, 2016 at a Nikkah ceremony that will be held in Maryland, Lagos.
