This
morning, July 6, 2016, veteran actress, Bukky Zainab Ajayi, died. She was 82
years. The octogenarian had been ill for a while and two weeks ago, some
Nollywood actresses—Kate Henshaw, Joke Silva, Rita Dominic and others— were at
her Lagos residence to pay her a visit. Loved by many and referred to as Aunty,
she has been buried today according to Islamic rites.

years ago, her birthday was five months ago. The late thespian featured in prominent
and wave-making movies including Thunderbolt by Tunde Kelani.
