Abuja murder: All perpetrators of the evil act will be found—Pastor Adeboye

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye, on Tuesday July 12, 2016, visited the family of Mrs. Mojisola Elisha Olawale, who was murdered in the early hours of Saturday around Gbazango-West area of Kubwa, Abuja by some unknown person(s).

Adeboye, who came with some other pastors to console the deceased’s widower, also prayed for him and his children.

In his prayers, he prayed that the perpetrators of the evil act be found.

“Father, we pray that all the perpetrators of this evil act will be found. We are not asking for justice but we are asking that you will save their souls and that they will come forth and say, ‘we were murderers but now we are pastors,” Adeboye prayed.

Also praying for the family, Daddy G.O as he is fondly called said, “this family will know no more death, the children to succeed and the church which they attend will be comforted. We pray for all Christians that God will build a wall of fire round about us in Jesus name.”

Charging the widower, who is also a pastor, to be strong; Adeboye shook hands with him and prayed personally for him.

Mrs. Eunice Elisha was on Saturday morning killed by unknown assailants while preaching around the Gbazango-West area of Kubwa, a satellite town in the Federal Capital Territory. She was a mother of seven. Elisha, whose birthday was just a couple of weeks away, was stabbed in the stomach and she also had a cut in her neck. The RCCG preacher was found dead in a pool of her own blood with a copy of the Bible, a megaphone and a mobile phone. She was found dead by residents who alerted policemen who came to evacuate her remains to the police station where her husband went to identify the body. The 42-year-old woman was a deaconess at the Divine Touch Parish of the RCCG, Old NEPA Road, Phase 4, Kubwa.
